Lots of data, but scattered
Hoffen manufactures automotive chemicals and distributes them to stores through field sales agents. Operational data lives in several systems: sales, visits, debts and payments in one, production and inventory in another, vehicle movement in GPS tracking.
To find a number, managers and staff had to open each system and assemble reports by hand. Field sales discipline — who visited whom, who started late — was also checked manually.
One database and AI agents in Telegram
The system Tezcode built pulls data from every source into one database and sends reports to management and staff through Telegram. Each area has its own AI agent that you can ask in plain text or by voice message.
More than 80 scheduled automations run every day: morning reports, new invoice alerts, expense logging, staff audits with escalation to management, SMS reminders to debtors and an end-of-day self-check. Most of them are plain scripts, which keeps costs low and results consistent. AI is used only where a conversation with a person is needed.

Safety rules
- Agents never invent numbers — if the data is not in the database, they answer "no data".
- Agents never message anyone or make decisions on their own — they prepare, a person decides.
- Writes to the sales system happen only after explicit confirmation by an authorized person; there is no delete.
- Passwords and keys never appear in the chat.
