How fast can we start?

What about time zones?

Tashkent is GMT+5. We overlap 5 hours with US East coast (15:00–20:00 EST = 03:00–08:00 next day in UZ — we shift schedules) and 4 hours with US West coast. Full overlap with Europe and the UK.

How good is the English?

How do contracts and invoicing work?

Tezcode is an IT Park resident (Uzbekistan government program). You receive a standard USD invoice from a registered legal entity. Wire transfer or Stripe payouts. Standard MSA + SOW template, or we sign yours.

What if the engineer is not a fit?

Who owns the code / IP?
