Terms of Service
Terms of service for using Tezcode.
1. General
These terms govern use of the Tezcode website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The formal payment agreement is our public offer: tezcode.dev/oferta.
2. Services
Tezcode builds products: RAOS (POS), AI Office (business AI), CoreMed (healthcare), and others.
Each product may have its own terms of use — shown separately at the point of purchase.
3. User obligations
When using the site:
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not send spam or hit the site with automated bots.
• Do not infringe on the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to weaken the site's security.
4. Intellectual property
The Tezcode brand, logo, code, design and content are Tezcode's property. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Customer data remains the customer's property — we use it only to deliver the service.
5. Demo and trial period
A free demo and a 14-day trial are available for most products. You can cancel the subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices on the pricing page are listed in US dollars (USD) and converted to so'm at the exchange rate at the time of payment. A USD invoice is available for businesses.
Payment methods: Payme, Click and Uzum Pay — via mobile app or bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard).
Refunds. The customer may request a refund of paid funds in the following cases: (1) if the service was not provided for technical reasons; (2) if the payment was made in error or duplicated (charged twice).
A refund request is sent to tezcode@tezcode.dev. Once reviewed, funds are returned via the same method used for payment (card), typically within 10 (ten) business days — in accordance with the rules of the bank and payment system.
Payment for an already-used subscription period is non-refundable. The unused (remaining) subscription period may be refunded at the customer's request.
7. Security and anti-fraud measures
All card payments are processed through licensed payment systems — Payme, Click and Uzum Pay. Tezcode never stores or sees the card number, expiry date, or CVV.
To prevent suspicious or unusual transactions, limits apply to single, daily, and monthly transaction volume — set in coordination with the anti-fraud systems of our payment and banking partners.
If a suspicious payment is detected, the payment system or bank may temporarily hold the transaction and request additional verification from the user — Tezcode does not independently cancel or force the transaction in that case.

8. Service level (SLA)
For the Tezcode Pro and Enterprise plans:
• Pro: 99.5% uptime
• Enterprise: 99.9% uptime + SLA agreement
Compensation for technical outages is handled under a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
Tezcode is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive damages, or lost profits. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.
10. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Tezcode reserves the right to suspend an account for serious violations of these terms.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Disputes are heard in the Tashkent City Economic Court.
