How is RAOS built?
RAOS is Tezcode's own product: we are not resellers of foreign off-the-shelf software — we build and evolve the system ourselves.
Offline-first architecture
Data is saved on the device itself first (in a local database) and syncs to the cloud when internet is available. That's why the register doesn't stop when the connection drops, and no sale is lost.
Cloud sync & web dashboard
Sales and stock data are collected in a central system. The owner opens the dashboard from a browser anywhere and sees the store's state in real time.
Barcode & receipt hardware
Standard barcode scanners, receipt printers and cash drawers are supported. Runs on computers, tablets and Windows POS devices — no special expensive hardware required.
AI analytics layer
Inside RAOS, AI gathers and analyses sales data automatically. Tezcode tests AI solutions in its own product before offering them to clients.

Store size & number of registers
One small shop or a large point of sale with several registers — the subscription is matched to that scale. A small store doesn't pay a big chain's price.
Number of branches
In a chain, each branch connects to the system and appears in the central dashboard — the price is calculated by the number of branches.
Rollout & customisation
Data migration, setup and training are part of the rollout stage. Custom-built modifications are quoted separately — for such work, payment: 30% upfront.
