Quick answer

At a meeting organized by IT Park Uzbekistan, Tezcode founder Bekzod Mirzaaliyev and Abbos Khamidov, founder of our partner aisolution.uz, met together with a representative of Schwarz Digits (the digital arm of Schwarz Group, which owns Lidl and Kaufland) and agreed to work as partners. This is not yet a signed contract — it's the start of an acquaintance and a partnership. What matters: Schwarz Digits is building a "sovereign AI ecosystem" for Europe and works with giants like Capgemini, Deloitte, SAP and Intel — for a country like Uzbekistan, that translates into an opportunity to offer comparable quality at roughly 3-5x lower cost than Europe.

What happened at the meeting?

In late June 2026 in Tashkent, at a closed conference hosted by IT Park Uzbekistan, the Schwarz Digits representative presented their "Partner Ecosystem & Growth" concept — how European companies build technology alliances outside the EU. The key point made at the conference: "Europe is short on AI integrators — there's money, there's demand, but not enough teams who can implement quickly and practically."

After the presentation, Tezcode founder Bekzod Mirzaaliyev spoke personally with the Schwarz Digits representative — explaining what Tezcode does and where the company is headed. Abbos Khamidov, founder of our partner aisolution.uz, was also present at the meeting. By the end of the conversation, both sides agreed to work as partners.

Who is Schwarz Digits, and why does it matter?

Schwarz Digits is the digital and technology arm of Schwarz Group, which owns the Lidl and Kaufland retail chains. The company is building a "sovereign AI ecosystem" for European businesses — an AI infrastructure that's independent and trustworthy, not dependent on outside players.

It isn't doing this alone: Schwarz Digits works alongside major global technology and consulting companies — Capgemini, Deloitte, SAP and Intel. As the tech arm of one of Europe's largest retail groups, that means projects at real scale.

What opportunity does this open for Uzbekistan's IT sector?

Building a European AI ecosystem requires a large volume of skilled developer work. That's exactly where the opportunity for countries like Uzbekistan appears: local development costs roughly 3-5x less than in Europe, with comparable quality.

IT Park Uzbekistan sees exactly this kind of connection — linking local IT companies with major international players — as part of its mission. This meeting was one such connection.

What does this mean for Tezcode?

In the words of Tezcode founder Bekzod Mirzaaliyev, the outcome of the meeting was an agreement to "work as partners." Honestly, Tezcode isn't chasing Europe right now — the priority is becoming the #1 AI automation company in Uzbekistan. But meetings like this matter: they confirm the direction is right, and when the time comes, the connections will already be in place.

The value of meetings like this for Tezcode lies in introducing the experience and products built as a local AI Software Factory (RAOS, ClinicaGo, WorkControl and others) to international partners.

What's next

This partnership is still at the introduction stage — it's too soon to talk about specific terms or projects. The Tezcode team will follow the process, and this article and the corresponding partner page (schwarz-digits) will be updated as details emerge.
